Zyncora (“the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered career-assistance platform currently operating in its early startup phase. The platform is under active development. Features, pricing, service availability, and underlying AI models are subject to change without notice.
By creating an account, proceeding through the payment portal, or using any part of the Service, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or make any payment.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.

All AI-generated content is produced by large language models and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated output before submitting it to prospective employers. Zyncora makes no guarantee that AI-generated resumes or cover letters will result in job interviews, offers, or any other employment outcome.
All payments made to Zyncora are the sole financial liability of the User. By selecting a paid subscription plan and proceeding through the payment portal (powered by Stripe), you expressly acknowledge and accept the following:

Exception — Refund Investigation Process: Refund requests will only be considered in the following circumstances:
To initiate a refund investigation, you must submit a written request to contact@zyncorainc.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Requests must include: (a) your registered account email, (b) the exact charge date and amount, (c) a description of the claimed basis for refund, and (d) any supporting evidence. Zyncora will review the request and respond within 14 business days. The outcome of the investigation is final and at Zyncora’s sole discretion. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first exhausting this process may result in immediate account suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting contact@zyncorainc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until the cycle ends. No partial-period refunds are issued upon cancellation.
Zyncora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Users on Personal or Enterprise (BYOK) plans may provide their own third-party AI API key (e.g., Google Gemini). By providing a BYOK key, you:

All platform code, branding, visual design, and proprietary workflows are the exclusive property of Zyncora and its founders. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
You retain ownership of any personal data you upload (e.g., your resume, professional history). You grant Zyncora a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. AI-generated content produced using your inputs is provided to you for personal, non-commercial career-application use only.
Zyncora collects and processes personal data (name, email, phone number, date of birth, professional history) to provide the Service. By registering, you consent to this processing. We implement industry-standard security measures and never sell your personal data to third parties.
As an early-stage startup, our infrastructure and security posture continue to evolve. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach that materially affects you, we will notify you via registered email within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zyncora expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.
Zyncora does not warrant that: (a) the Service will be error-free or continuously available; (b) AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose; (c) use of the Service will result in any employment outcome; or (d) the Service will meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZYNCORA, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of employment opportunity, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Zyncora’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Zyncora in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zyncora and its founders from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. You agree to contact contact@zyncorainc.com before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered in Arlington County, Virginia, or small claims court at Zyncora’s election. Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, and private attorney general actions are expressly waived to the extent permitted by law.
Zyncora reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
Zyncora may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Service ceases immediately; (b) all outstanding payment obligations remain due; (c) Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination indefinitely.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zyncora regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No Waiver: Failure by Zyncora to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Zyncora’s prior written consent. Zyncora may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of its assets.
